Lisa Rosanbalm
Founder / LMA
Lisa is an entrepreneur, esthetician, and RDH with an unshakeable optimism and a deep passion for helping others feel their best. She is dedicated to building a supportive community of women while delivering elevated, results-driven skincare.
Born in Waco, Texas, Lisa always knew New Braunfels would be home after spending time on the Guadalupe and Comal rivers. Her journey has been shaped by independence, resilience, and a strong work ethic—starting her first full-time job at 15 and moving out on her own at 16.
She is passionate about skincare, beauty, community, and animal welfare. When she’s not in the treatment room or building Alchemy, she enjoys boating, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
Lisa believes in the power of confidence through skincare—something she calls the Alchemy Glow.
Dr. Robert Reid, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Reid practices a “less is more” philosophy of medicine, focusing on patient education and empowering individuals to make informed decisions based on the latest medical evidence.
He provides supervision and oversight of all medical treatments performed at Alchemy Aesthetics Co. With extensive training in aesthetic medicine, Dr. Reid also offers IV therapy, testosterone therapy, and direct primary care services through his local clinic.
His approach blends clinical expertise with a patient-first mindset—ensuring safe, thoughtful, and results-driven care
Alyssa Edgerton
Nurse Injector
Alyssa’s passion lies in health, wellness, and helping others feel confident in their own skin. With a background in competitive sports and dance, she has always valued an active, balanced lifestyle.
Originally from Midland, Texas, Alyssa earned her BS in Health and Exercise Science from The University of Oklahoma and her BSN from Texas Tech University. She spent several years working as an ICU nurse before transitioning into aesthetics full-time.
Alyssa combines her clinical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver natural, refined results. She is passionate about blending science and aesthetics to empower her patients.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs, traveling, working out, and tackling DIY home projects.
Lindsay L
Licensed Esthetician
With over 22 years of experience, Lindsay brings a wealth of knowledge and a warm, down-to-earth approach to skincare. Originally from Pasadena, Texas, she now calls New Braunfels home.
Lindsay is passionate about helping clients feel confident, glowing, and beautiful—inside and out. She specializes in results-driven treatments and loves combining advanced techniques with powerhouse skincare lines like ZO Skin Health and Face Reality.
Her favorite service to perform is microchanneling, where she can deliver transformative results for her clients.
Outside the treatment room, Lindsay enjoys live music in Gruene, painting, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and animals.
Brenna Bryant
Licensed Esthetician /Office Coordinator
With over 18 years in the beauty industry, Brenna brings extensive experience in advanced aesthetics and corrective skincare. While she no longer performs services, she plays a key role in guiding patients toward effective, results-driven treatments.
She is passionate about education and loves recommending treatments like BBGlow, microchanneling, and Daxxify—paired with medical-grade skincare from ZO Skin Health.
Originally from Napa, California, Brenna is a beach-loving, SPF-devoted mom who believes healthy skin and sunshine go hand in hand. She values family, faith, and creating a welcoming, supportive experience for every client.
Her go-to approach? Helping clients maximize results through strategic treatments and membership benefits.
Mia Roberts
Licensed Esthetician
Hi! I’m a 22-year-old licensed esthetician with three years of experience and a big love for all things skin. I’m certified in Dermaplaning and Microchanneling, a Face Reality–certified acne specialist, and I’m always expanding my education and certifications to stay on top of the best in skincare.
My family and friends are my world, animals have my whole heart (especially the deer I feed outside my house), and I feel so lucky to call Gruene home—live music nights are my favorite. I love dressing up, seeing new places, and getting creative through painting and art in my free time.
In the treatment room, my favorite service to perform is Microchanneling, and I love mixing powerhouse products from ZO Skin Health and Face Reality to deliver real results. I’m passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and helping people feel confident, glowing, and beautiful in their own skin.

Brooke Schriewer
Operations Manager
Brooke is a New Braunfels native who brings organization, strategy, and creativity to the heart of Alchemy’s operations.
With a background in luxury hospitality, event planning, and nonprofit fundraising, she has a strong foundation in client experience and operational excellence. She thrives on building systems, solving challenges, and creating seamless experiences behind the scenes.
Brooke lives in New Braunfels with her husband, son, and rescue pets. Outside of work, she enjoys time at Lake LBJ, traveling to the coast, and making memories with her family.
